Welcome to the Web Page! There are things known as "Rom Hacks" or "Fan Games" where someone or something other than an official corporate entity creates a game you can play with characters you know and will grow to love..
The names of all games will have a HyperLink to gameplay, or the creators channel. It is highly recommended you follow creators yourself - the WebMaster will update this page sporadically, not consistenly.
When possible, links to footage has been added, but not every game has good gameplay video. In those cases, I may have added an obscure page.

The WebMaster may express opinions on how good or interesting a game is. If a game was truly not good, it would not be discussed here. Any negative critique is the WebMaster's opinion. Any game that is created, whether fully playable or not, is very impressive! No hate.

B3313 - N64

Every copy is personalized. Cryptic and unusual. This refers to the "official" release 1.0.2. Inspired many other projects listed on this page. Will you play the game or will the game play you?
Webmaster recommended!
Status: Playable - Complete

B3313 Unabandoned Build - N64

Long story short: a falling out with some of the "official" B3313 developers caused two versions of the game to be created. The Unabandoned build combines the efforts of many of the original collaberators to create a game very similar to the "official" release with slight differences, such as new areas and removed areas.
Status: Playable - Complete

B3313 Integer Limit / Abandoned Gardens / Unabandoned A3 - N64

How confusing. From what I understand, this is almost like a "DLC" for B3313 unabandoned. This is usually treated as one item, but it's really 3 separate things. Who knows!
The tone of the Abandoned Gardens demo was very pretentious to me and not fun to play.
Status: Demo Available, incomplete

TUL - The Unknown Link - N64

B3313-like. Appears to have an ARG style story which may or may not be a good thing. Interesting environments and OST. Lots of footage available via showcase.
Highly anticipated release.
Status: Unplayable, Footage available

Mario 64 - Project BetaWave - N64

Autumn 9x - N64

Very unique take on "spaceworld style" hacks. Goes in more of an alpha direction that I haven't seen done elsewhere.
Status: Demo Available, incomplete

Liminal Dream - N64

B3313-like. Interesting castle environments. Levels.. not so much.
Has a lot of potential, but does not run well in its current state. Needs a lot of work.
Status: Demo Available, incomplete

Shifted Courses - N64

Reminds me of Liminal Dream a little bit.
Status: Unplayable, Footage available.

Grander Castles - N64

B3313-like. Not sure if this will ever be playable. Very sparse updates.
Status: Unplayable, Footage available.

Mario Warped Worlds - N64

Peach's Other Castle - N64

Just got a big update. Similar to warped worlds.

Mario Sunshine Eclipse - Gamecube

Extremely popular. In development for a very long time, looks like an entirely new game in Sunshine's engine.
Status: Complete

Luigi's Mansion Beta Recreation - Gamecube

Very very very cool. This is a recreation of a demo, so the experience is pretty short. Incredible how much it looks like the real thing!
Webmaster recommended!
Status: Complete.

Mario Sunshine 2001 - Gamecube

Beta recreation of early Super Mario Sunshine. A lot of this is speculative, but does that matter if it's interesting?
Highly anticipated release.
Status: Unplayable, Footage available.

Mario Bros Proto - NES

Pokemon Factory Adventure - Gen 1

Hack that adds in Pokemon from the playground rumor mill that was Pokemon Factory website. Intentionally cryptic - no guides of this exist. You have to figure it out on your own, champ.
Webmaster recommended!
Status: Playable, Complete

Pokemon Super Gold '97 - Gen 2

Very very cool. Recreates the Spaceworld version, but is playable to the end. There's even a guide that was created that looks old school. Extremely immersive to have!
Webmaster recommended!
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Silver Reforged - Gen 2

Very similar to Super Gold 97. Haven't checked it out yet, so I can't tell you how it's different.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Kanto Expansion Pak - Gen 1

Beta recreation, adds unused pokemon, modern pokemon, and even some playground rumor stuff.
Webmaster recommended!
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Green - Helix Chamber Hack - Gen 1

Beta recreation. Adds unused pokemon, story beats, and towns.
This is very buggy. Really cool concept, but not worth playing for hours and then it corrupts.

Status: Playable, complete ish

Pokemon Brown - Gen 1

One of the first to ever do it - new region, new Pokemon. Connected to Pokemon Prism.
Status: Playable, Complete

Pokemon Prism - Gen 2

Very popular hack that adds in a new region. I fear this may be a bit overrated. Connected to Pokemon Brown.
Status: Playable, Complete

Pokemon Creepy Black - Gen 1

Recreation of that one creepypasta that isn't creepy. Meaning, you're playing most of gen 1 exactly the same except you can 1 hit KO stuff and get a weird ending. I'm on board.
Status: Playable, Complete

Pokemon Coral - Gen 2

New region, adds modern pokemon. Visually looks great. Unsure if this is being updated still.
Status: Playable, demo available

Pokemon Evolved - Gen 3

Adds new evolutions for every Pokemon, FireRed / LeafGreen engine.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Evo Yellow - Gen 1

For some reason, it is very hard to find gameplay video of this. Adds multiple shiny forms, following Pokemon, hold items, Gen 2 pokemon, and more.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Red/Blue Spaceworld - Gen 1

Beta recreation, nothing crazy though.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Yume - Gen 1

Kanto hack that adds new areas.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Johto Legends - Gen 2

Prequel to Gold/Silver, but not by that much. Adds modern pokemon, beta pokemon, and other stuff.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Bronze - Gen 2

New region in a gen 2 hack. Adds fakemon.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Crystal Clear - Gen 2

A lot of people say this is the definitive way to play Pokemon Crystal. Adds new areas (?) and secrets. I don't know a lot about it to be honest.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Orange - Gen 2

Recreates the Orange Islands anime. There are multiple hacks with this name, but I am talking about the one for Crystal.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon TCG Neo - TCG

Very cool, one of a kind hack that modifies the TCG game to add in cards from the Neo set. Can't wait to check this one out when I have the time.
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Uncanny - Gen 3

Cool concept - adds all the weird "non pokemon" you see in the anime, like the clone pokemon from the movie and the "pokemon" from the nondescript statues from gen 1.
Status: Playable, Complete

Pokemon Fools Gold - Gen 2

Very cool concept. All pokemon have been reimagined and look different with new typings.
Status: Playable, Complete

Pokemon Spaceworld Crystal - Gen 2

Mostly changes just stats and sprites to match the Spaceworld version. Adds unused pokemon!
Status: Playable, complete

Pokemon Peridot - Gen 2

New region, adds beta pokemon.
Status: Playable, complete

Star Beasts - Gen 1

Extremely unique. New pokedex, new mechanics, 2 different versions. Looks like a bootleg you'd find at a yard sale, obsess over, then never meet anyone else who played it.
Status: Playable, Complete

If there is drama between creators or someone who made one of these games is evil I genuinely do not know or follow that stuff. The things here are just based on if I think they are neat. Don't take it too serious!
